Passenger service assistants provide a variety of services:
- Wheelchair Assistance
- Skycap Services
- Unaccompanied Minors Escort Service
- Electric Cart Drivers
Responsibilities include:
- Customer service, Passenger assistance, Positive attitude
- Communication skills
- Maintain a courteous, professional attitude in all situations
- Walking long distances
- Standing for long periods
- Lifting
- Bending
- Squatting
- Reaching
Must be able to pass a 10-year criminal background check
