Hard Row to Hoe Vineyards is a family-owned and operated winery located at Lake Chelan. We are proud to be stewards of the environment, the vineyards are farmed organically, and we were the first Salmon-Safe and certified sustainable vineyard in the Lake Chelan AVA. Our Leavenworth tasting room is an important element of our business and we are looking for someone to lead our amazing tasting room team of wine ambassadors.
Leavenworth is a vibrant destination attracting wine visitors from across the country. We have an exceptional tasting room team and are looking for a 'wine and people' person to join it as tasting room manager. You will be representing the best wine from the Lake Chelan AVA and serving as a wine ambassador to our guests. We have a fun working environment where you'll meet people from all over the world (and make great money!).
Hard Row makes exceptional wine and we have a great back story to our name which makes for a fun-filled experience in our tasting room. If you love wine and have people and management skills then this is the place for you!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Have management and wine experience
- Must love wine and people
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and move 40 lbs. and be on your feet most of the day
- Must be over 21 and hold a MAST certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
