• Make home visits as needed to patients during scheduled work hours
• Complete homecare admissions
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Baylor:

• Proof of up to date Covid-19 vaccination card to present at Orientation or engage in the exemption process prior to hire.
• Per the CDC, "A person is up to date with their Covid-19 vaccination if they have received all recommended doses in the primary series and one booster when eligible."
• Current NH RN license
• Minimum 2 years direct care experience, supervisory and/or community health experience required
• Homecare experience strongly preferred, although we will train the right individual.
• Excellent telephone communication skills necessary
