Restoration Technician Requirements:

  • Responding quickly and professionally to water damage emergencies.
  • Extracting water from flooded structures using commercial extraction equipment.
  • Taking accurate moisture readings and properly setting up commercial drying equipment to minimize drying time.
  • Performing demolitions and light construction tasks under the direction of the Project Manager.
  • Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
  • Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment
  • Providing updates to your direct supervisor daily.
  • Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of company vehicles ensuring that they are always ready for service.

Restoration Technician Qualifications:

  • Must be familiar with and be able to operate a wide range of equipment common to construction demo.
  • Must be able to work for long periods of time in extreme temperatures both hot and cold.
  • Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water and wind damage.
  • Must be able to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weather.
  • Requires a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred IICRC certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
