Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to hire an experienced candidate who is driven and ready to help lead a team of first responders in the Disaster Restoration Industry. We are a high-end general contracting business that performs Disaster Restoration Services (fire and water damage, emergencies, etc.) for clients in Yakima, Kittitas & Grant Counties. We take a bad situation that has been dropped into people’s lives and restore their property back to its best condition.

Unfortunate events happen to properties regardless of rain or shine. Our team members have year-round work and really focus on the needs of our customers.

ARE YOU SOMEONE WHO IS???:

• A driven veteran in the disaster restoration field.
• Experienced in writing construction, and mitigation invoices with the Xactimate software.
• Task-oriented and organized to handle multiple clients.
• Innovative problem solver, empathetic, well-spoken, and clean-cut.
• Able to lead and coach a team.

• Confident in who you are yet a humble leader.

THE REALITIES:

This is a demanding position that will require time and effort but is well compensated if you are willing to adapt to our team and have the experience we are looking for. An ideal candidate has a blend of technical and soft skills and will make a positive contribution to our team’s culture. You must have a clean background check and driving record. Must have professional references from former supervisors.

WE OFFER:

$3,000 signing bonus to qualified candidates. Payable after your probationary period.

Experience:

• Disaster Restoration: 5 years experience (required)
• IICRC Certified in water, fire & mold (preferred)
• Xactimate Certified (preferred)
• AHERA Certified (preferred)
• RRP Certified (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
