KBC Tools Inc. is looking to fill the position of Warehouse Supervisor for our Sterling Heights, MI location, reporting to the Operations Manager. It's a day shift, full time Monday through Friday, so you'll enjoy a healthy work-life balance. This is a lead by example role. You'll be on your feet, working in an organized warehouse environment. You will be leading and coordinating the daily schedule of activities regarding picking goods to fulfill customer orders (using an RF scanning gun), packaging and shipping goods, receiving inventory and putting it away, performing regular cycle counts, and many other tasks. You will be the mentor, leader and coach to the warehouse team.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate has a high school education, 3-4 years’ experience working in a warehouse supervisory role. Fed Ex shipping experience, and forklift experience is an asset. The ideal candidate has the ability to be on your feet all day, is able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong communication and organization skills, ability to communicate well in English both orally and written and an Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint). Expertise of P21 systems is an asset.
