Responsibilities
- May operate a hand truck to move, convey, or hoist materials to and from shipping and receiving to storage or work areas
- Prepare required department records and reports
- Consult with management to clarify department priorities, identify problems, and suggest changes for improvement
- Follow all Work Instructions , SOP’s and safety requirements
- Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, and Joint Commission standards
- Receive and process the Patch device (includes de-kitting and verification of patient information)
- Upload data from the Patch device into software tool
- Data entry of patient diary information
- Provide information and documentation to the department supervisor to mitigate any potential system or device issues or risk
- Collaborate with Research, Systems, and Product Development team as part of ongoing device and system development and enhancement
- Maintain reused circuit board inventory
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces within
- Process recycling of devices
- Three to six months related experience - in a medical device, manufacturing or ISO registered
- High school education or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
- Computer proficiency required
- Data entry experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Ability to work in a team environment, supporting the objectives and goals of the organization
- Good time management skills
- Flexibility in work assignments
