Hillandale Farms is in search of an Order Selector to join our team in Gettysburg!

What will you be doing??
o Building/stacking pallets from stock to fulfill customer orders
o Wrap and secure product to pallets
o Arrange pallets to be placed on trailers in order of delivery
o Use load securing items (paper flats, load bars, ratchet straps, etc) to properly secure load for transit
o Operate a motorized pallet jack- walk behind or ride on
o Complete inbound/outbound paperwork and review for accuracy
o Confirm contents of all shipments match orders
o Maintains cleanliness of work area
Qualifications/Skills
o Capable of lifting 50 lbs repetitively throughout entire duration of shift
o Must be able to work entire shift in cooler with temperatures ranging from 36°-45°
o Requires the ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
o Position requires ability to perform continuous, repetitive motions (bending, twisting, turning, squatting and reaching)
o Ability to perform work independently as well as part of a team
o Weekend availability required
