Westgate Blue Tree Resort offers you the opportunity to welcome guests to our beautifully landscaped property in Lake Buena Vista near world-famous theme parks and help them enjoy a truly memorable Central Florida vacation getaway. As a member of the Westgate Blue Tree team, you will experience a truly unique and rewarding work environment.

You will assist with the receiving of product, pulling, and preparing inventory and retail orders for shipment, loading, and unloading trucks, and assisting in moving of office and other type furniture and appliances. You will also be asked to operate company vehicles, warehouse equipment, and shipping/delivery trucks.

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will:

• Inspect product received and identify concerns on the packing slips
• Provide inventory counts & support warehouse management direction
• Open shipping containers to verify item count or damage
• Prepare shipments to prevent damage during shipment or movement.
• Perform custodial work in maintaining the warehouse and storage held location
• Attend logistics warehouse meetings and support process improvement initiatives
• Assist in pulling orders for Development and Operations
• Responsible for obtaining end user signature or delivery documents
• Works and communicates with internal and external clients and customers to meet their needs in a polite, courteous, and cooperative manner
• Committed to quality service.
• Ensure timely receipt of material and reduce open purchase order reports
• Assists Project Managers in ensuring timely delivery of products to the job sites

To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English conversationally. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
