Hometrends strives to provide the most up-to-date and stylish stores, the cleanest stores, and the best customer experience in Home Furnishings retail in the state of Nebraska. At the same time maintaining a strong culture of sales growth and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with loading, unloading trucks, furniture assembly and inventory management.
• Verify customer pickups and ensure they are staged for each day.
• Call all unconfirmed pickups and communicate pickup dates.
• Ensure proper documentation is handled with all orders that are being picked up.
• Supporting the sales and customer service team with assisting customers with loading and unloading furntiure.
• Assisting with transfer orders and managing proper inventory of delivered furniture.
• Assit and implement floor display changes.
• Assiting with offsite/onsite repairs.
• Other duties will be assigned but not limited to cleaning warehouse, bathrooms, break, and conference rooms, trash and cardboard is broken down and emptied, & following proper security precautions.
