Wait Staff/Server Job at Gotham Fireside Grill
Gotham Fireside Grille, a new restaurant with a full-service bar in Albrightsville, seeks wait staff. This was the old Hickory Run Tavern, but has now been fully renovated and remodeled. It is adjacent to Camptel Poconos, a nightly rental glamping resort. The business has been growing steadily, and additional wait staff is needed. The pay includes a base hourly rate plus tips, with a minimum combined hourly pay of $16 per hour, and hopefully it is substantially higher. The restaurant serves upscale food in a casual upscale setting, and has one of best stocked liquor and wine selections in the area creating good sales, and thus tip potential, per customer. There is also a large outside deck, which will be great for summer, and will soon have roof and wind enclosures for bad weather.
