Desired Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of restaurant experience
• Strong customer service experience, knowledge of customer service techniques and high quality consciousness
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to work well with others
• Food service/culinary skills a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting in setting up the dining room and sections for service
• Refilling water glasses
• Delivering drinks to guests
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Clearing and polishing glassware
• Following health code and keep food/beverages labeled to Travail Collective standards and all applicable liquor laws
• Anticipating guest needs
• Understanding menus, recipes, and knowledge of products and procedures in POS
• Running food and beverages and provide a concise description to guests
• Ensuring end of night cleaning tasks are completed and checked by MOD
• Attending training classes held by Director of Hospitality and Executive Chef
• Keeping up to date on relevant food and beverage practices and techniques
• Creating and maintain a positive and communicative relationship with coworkers
• Meeting hygiene and uniform standards
• Upholding mission, values, and vision of Travail Collective

• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally or 10 lbs. frequently
