Link Solutions is seeking a VTC/SharePoint Team Lead on the Aberdeen Proving Grounds located in Aberdeen, MD.

The Video Teleconferencing/SharePoint Team Lead will support the US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) CIO/G6 and be responsible for the information technology infrastructure, and equipment that is key to enabling CECOM personnel, civilians, and contractors worldwide to execute their command’s mission. You will be an important role in helping protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Management and operation of the Video Operation Control (VOC) facilities.
• Scheduling of classified and unclassified Internet Protocol (IP) video teleconferences for CONUS and OCONUS meetings.
• Provide training on all hardware and software located in the VOC.
• Provide instructions to personnel in the use and operation of portable VTC systems.
• Conduct pre-conference testing and setup.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of issues concerning all aspects of VTC, AV equipment, and related voice/data communications.
• Provide enhanced VTC/AV operations support for CECOM and non-CECOM customers.
• Provide enhanced VTC operations services to the CECOM Command Group by handling, GITOC scheduling, confirmation, and participating in site coordination for CECOM Command-sponsored events.
• Assist with processing accreditation documentation for VTC systems.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise on matters such as architecture, compatibility, integration, emerging technology, etc. to support current operations and future requirements planning.
• Provide an initial response to customers on support requests, reports of system/network problems, or reports of technical failures.

• Active DOD Secret Clearance (we will sponsor the right candidate).
• IAT II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE) equivalent or higher.

Preferred:

• Associate's Degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree requirement (3+ years of relevant experience in a team lead role).
• Experience with Citrix, Dameware, Active Directory, Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office, iPhone, and remote desktop knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams application/conferencing features.
• Experience with Cisco and Tandberg systems/equipment.
• Windows 10 certification.
• Cisco Collaboration certification.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
