Our Vocational Assistant (Job Coach) staff are expected to provide support for vocational programming in the home and community settings. Including:
- Teaching skills identified in needs assessments
- Improve marketable skills by teaching and modeling appropriate interactions
- Maintain a therapeutic environment
- Demonstrate positive interactions with individuals, staff, vendors, and the community.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Teachable/Coachable (Willingness to accept constructive feedback)
- Positive Attitude
- Compassion
