Core Responsibilities:

• Navigation skills (the ability to speak on the phone while using a computer)
• Must be comfortable with selling and upselling client product and services
• Logic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred, but not required

Must live within the state of Virginia, United States
