Job Description
An AAHA accredited, small animal veterinary clinic is seeking a Certified or Licensed Veterinary Technician. We require a high standard of patient and client care, professional communication, and detailed work. Our clinic is equipped with ultrasound, digital radiology, a surgical suite, monitoring equipment, blood analyzers, dental equipment, digital radiology, Avimark and more. Applicant must have an excellent work ethic, be responsible and reliable, work well with team, perform independently, be able to prioritize, and multi task. This individual is responsible for client communication including preventative care, treatment cost estimates, and patient discharge information. Additional duties include but are not limited to maintaining cleanliness of clinic and equipment. There are no “on-call” shifts. This is a full or part-time position (some benefits apply to only full-time employees). Hours: Mon-Wed 8am-5pm.
