We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for animals. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, greeting clients and their pets, assisting with paperwork, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team and will help ensure that our clinic runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments for clients and their pets.
- Collect payments from clients and enter them into the system.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and pet medical history.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.
