Bright Host, Western North Carolina's premier vacation rental management company is looking for a Experienced Property Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day operations of assigned vacation rentals including guest relations, marketing, listing management, regular site visits and will work hard to ensure that your properties are well maintained and exceed guest expectations.

- Answering and trouble-shooting questions from potential guests

- Addressing concerns about rental properties and ensuring that your guests always have a 5 star experience. Some days you'll spend your time at your various assigned properties working with the owner to improve the property, and some days you'll be in the office working on improving online listings and guest communications.

Requirements:

- Ideal Candidate would have 2 years of Property Management experience

-Excellent customer service skills are required to help you provide outstanding service to your guests.

-You'll need a reliable AWD/4 wheel drive vehicle to get around our mountain towns. We manage properties from Asheville, Lake Lure, Mars Hill, Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock and Linville.

-You need excellent communication skills with a calm and collected demeanor. Sometimes we have frustrated guests and that's okay! Things don't always go as expected, but the perfect candidate will be nimble and be able to problem-solve on the fly.

-Punctuality and the ability to respond quickly to owners, your team mates, and our guests is a requirement. Occasionally we have guests messaging after-hours, which is the reason for the 40 hour pay + shorter hours.

-It is important that you have weekend availability. Your days off will be Mondays and Tuesdays.
