UTILITY HOA SPECIALIST

Overview
As an HOA specialist, you will help our clients manage notices and violations that the association sends for their homes. This is a data entry type position with little variation to the daily tasks. If you like having a set process, and the ability to push yourself to achieve high rates, while maintaining a high level of accuracy, then this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Process violation notices and bills from HOAs
- Utilize Conservice software to input data from violations and dues notices
- No phone usage
Education & Experience
- 2+ years of office work experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
