Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Job at The Bay at NuRoc Health and Rehabilitation
Travel Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity. This position will be an 8-13 week contract at our 50-bed skilled nursing facility located in Laona, WI. This is a contractor position at $50.00 per hour and housing is included.
As a Travel Registered Nurse contrator, you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients within the skilled nursing facility.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconson
- Current BLS, ACLS certification required

- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to listen and understand information and ideas quickly
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
- Administer medications
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
