ProVantage Corporate Solutions is a Retail Service Organization (RSO) specializing in providing product merchandising, store fixture installation, and signage installation. Our teams work inside Big Box store locations on projects ranging from new stores to remodels to nationwide rollouts and regionalized resets. ProVantage is currently hiring Travel Merchandising/Fixture Installer Leads to join our team!

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Type: Full-Time

  • Work & visit different cities and towns across the United States!
  • Get paid to travel - When assigned more than 50 miles from your home, receive per diem to offset the cost of hotels and meals, in addition to $0.35/mile when using your personal vehicle & travel time pay!

So, what exactly will you be doing?

You will lead, supervise, and work alongside your team in performing general fixture installations and merchandising tasks in Nationwide Retail Stores. Our Team Leads understand how to read instructions such as Blueprints and Plan-O-Grams “POG/MOD” and then following those instructions to ensure product presentation matches the client standards. The process of setting POGs/MODs include tasks such as removing old store fixtures, installing new store fixtures, adjusting shelves/pegs, moving product from one area of the store to another, application of labels/price tags and general cleaning of the work area. This position will also require the lead to build fixtures in new store environments. The process of setting heavy duty racking along with anchoring and moving racking completed by the client’s blue prints and instructions will also be required. The ability to lead, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are a MUST!

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • One year of fixture installing experience in a Big Box retail environment, specifically within single or multiple store departments.
  • One year of leadership experience in Big Box retail environment.
  • One year experience stocking shelves and/or processing freight within a Big Box retail environment.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the United States!

  • Grade each team member weekly and submit performance reports.
  • Maintain timekeeping records using the company’s tracking system
  • Read and interpret retailer-specific Plan-O-Grams to perform required merchandising activities and fixture installations (POG, MOD setting) per instructions.
  • Depending on the client, shifts could be 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd.

What’s required of you:

  • A positive attitude
  • General problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Possess a set of basic tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, tape measure, and level, etc.
  • Must own OSHA-certified safety toe shoes.
  • Must be able to bend, walk/stand for 8 - 10 hours per shift, and lift 50lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire
