What you’ll be doing:
- Booking flights, hotels, and car rentals
- Adjust travel arrangements as needed
- Negotiate hotel corporate rates
- Pay in advance for hotel stays
- Update payment methods (Avis and Fox Travel)
- Assisting entering inventory orders into online portal
- Entering purchase orders
- Filing
- Assisting in preparing transfers for warehouse
- A positive attitude
- Travel coordinating a plus
- Data entry skills
- Basic experience in Excel
- A passion for helping people
