Spring Arbor Senior Living of Apex, NC is seeking a responsible, part-time driver for safe transportation of residents to desired destinations (doctors' appointments, rehab, etc.). Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Previous driver experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Transport residents according to an established schedule
- Assist residents in and out of vehicle using wheelchair lift as needed
- Accurately maintain required transportation records/logs
- Maintain vehicle as necessary (fill with gas, clean, notify Maintenance Director of problems or needed repairs)
- Assist coworkers with other duties as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others.
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- At least 21 years of age
