Position Summary:

Designs, develops and delivers team member and management focused training programs; responsible for administration of the overarching training program through which trainings will be delivered

Responsibilities:

• Leads learning experiences/facilitates trainings for the EGA Grow program (both in person and via Zoom).
• Identifies skill or knowledge gaps among the team member and management population. Designs and develops trainings in response to identified needs. Creates training materials, tools, and exercises that reinforce the material and enhance learning.
• Partners with SMEs as needed across the business to help them define and develop content for trainings; reviews created materials, provides feedback and guidance on incorporating adult learning principles and enhancing the learning experience.
• Handles administration of the EGA Grow program including: helping define quarterly program offerings, coordinating availability of trainers, securing training spaces, scheduling classes, ensuring proper setup of materials and technology for courses, creating registrations within the LMS, publishing course offerings, sending out course reminders, tracking attendance, developing and implementing post training surveys, and serving as a point of contact for questions related to the program.
• Handles complex issues and problems as they arise within the training setting. Escalates issues as needed
• Performs work under minimal supervision
• Performs management and administration of Learning Management System (Taleo)
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree - Education, Human Resources, Training & Development, Business Administration or Related Field

Preferred Education:

Minimum Experience:

4+ years learning and development experience with emphasis on soft-skill content design, development and facilitation within a corporate environment. Learning Program Management/administration experience preferably Taleo LMS platform.

Preferred Experience:

In addition to minimum experience, technical training experience focused on MS Office Suite. Experience within a retail environment.

Physical Requirements

No travel required

Monday – Friday, 8+ hour days, typically in an office setting with ability to work remotely on days when in-person classes are not scheduled.

Minimal physical effort required; sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time. Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 lbs.
