Responsible for the design and delivery of performance-based training modules, programs, processes, and collateral which support business goals and objectives for company-wide sales roles. Provides consultations with business leaders to assess and create training solutions to improve performance and adoption of business-led process and key performance indicators. This position requires someone who can lead projects and work in a fast-paced and agile environment, and who builds trust with business leaders to ensure training deliverables meet and exceed the needs of the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conducts needs analysis with business stakeholders to implement long-term training plans that align with business performance goals.
  • Analyze knowledge and skill gaps according to performance data, real-time observations and feedback in order to design training plans and activities.
  • Collaborate with the instructional design team and business stakeholders to implement recommended formats for delivering learning solutions based on objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Responsible for coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of in-person and computer-based training content delivery, adoption, performance, and reporting.
  • Deliver group trainings to address business operations updates to increase knowledge, compliance, and improve skills performance.
  • Monitor training program expenses against project and department budgets.
  • Manage the central repository training materials to ensure content is utilized and relevant on an ongoing review and audit cycle.
  • Utilize change management and communication methodology to promote learning adoption.
  • Contributes to department and company strategic initiatives, providing subject matter expertise on systems/process; providing feedback and potential solutions.
Required Skills, Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or relevant field
  • 2-5 years in a Learning & Development role with strong emphasis on needs analysis, facilitation, and learning program management
  • Proven project management experience leading small to medium-sized projects with defined objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Proven hands-on experience organizing and leading corporate training events
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS)
  • Understanding of Talent Management and succession planning
  • Experience with full training cycle learning programs
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Experience exercising independent judgment and providing consultation to leaders at all levels
  • Experience supporting the learning lifecycle through an instructional design methodology (such as LLAMA, ADDIE, etc.)
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning strategies
  • Proficiency in assessing training effectiveness and value to stakeholders and leaders
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Preferred Skills, Education and Certifications:
  • Prosci Change Management certification
  • Association for Talent Development (ATD) facilitation certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • 3-5 years experience in healthcare, elder care, social work or related industry
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel approximately up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged period of time throughout the work day
  • Ability to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc.
The base salary for this position is $80,000
