Job Description:
At Kumori our Hosts greet and welcome guests’ first, they do this with a smile to leave a warm and lasting impression. Our host team members are responsible for creating a warm and friendly environment and to insure our guests have a wonderful and memorable customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently evaluates premises for cleanliness in accordance with Kumori Standards.
- Always greet customers, guests, visitors with a smile.
- Maintains a neat, clean and organized front-of-house environment.
- Always provides excellent customer service.
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Accurately uses and balance cash registers.
- Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct.
- Always follows and maintains safety and health procedures.
Qualifications:
- Energetic, friendly, cheerful, dependable and always maintains a positive attitude.
- Values teamwork and understands the importance of serving and helping others.
- Always has a smile and is able to create and maintain eye contact.
- Must be able to organize, plan ahead, and engage in positive conversations with our guests.
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Physical Requirements:
- Remain on your feet for several hours at a time
- Lift up to 20 pounds
- Bend, kneel, stoop, and sweep frequently
