Our Canby Service Shop is seeking a full-time Farm Tire Service Technician.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform work as stated on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform tire repairs and replacements on trucks, tractors, combines and farm equipment in the service shop or at customer sites
- Travel to customer sites
- Perform light duty automotive mechanic work on cars and trucks
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of products and services
- Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner
- Ensure customers’ vehicles and equipment are kept clean
- Ensure the service shop is kept clean
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, reach above shoulders and lift and handle a variety of tire and wheel combinations
- Reliable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated
Compensation:
- $16-$20 per hour depending on experience
- Complete benefit package including paid time off, health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance and an excellent retirement package including 401(k) and pension
