We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Therapist who can help our patients through the difficult times in their lives and guide them to a better place. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience working with individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, or substance abuse disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with a safe and comfortable setting for treatment.
• Listen to and empathize with patient and family members' concerns.
• Discuss relevant health and lifestyle issues with patients and families.
• Analyze patient's behavior and prescribe medication.
• Prepare medical reports.
• Communicate health and safety information to patients, families, physicians, nurses, and other medical staff.
• Work as part of a team.

We use Valant EHR for documentation. This system pulls information already submitted into patient chart for ease of documentation. You will have access and the ability to send rating scales for patients to complete. Rating Scale information is pulled to automatically generate note narratives.

You will have access to 3 full time assistants who will schedule your initial appointments. You are required to book your own follow up sessions.

MUST HAVE:

• LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PSYD, and/or PHD
• Be licensed to practice independently in the state of Oregon
• License must be active and in good standing
• Computer with camera and strong internet connection
• Positive attitude and able to work independently

Pay is $100hr (visits are prorated ex. 45 min =$75)

$100 hr x 20 hrs a week = $104,000 yr

$100 hr x 30 hrs a week= 156,000 yr

Payroll is issued monthly

You are able to make your own hours however the ideal candidate will be able to commit to working 20 to 30 hours a week.
