Role:Program Test Lead / Manager

Location:Minneapolis,MN

Job Description:

We're looking for a program test manager role that requires experience in managing and executing testing for complex programs that cuts across several teams and the candidate will be overall accountable for planning, coordinating, tracking and reporting testing across the entire program from technology perspective. (5 workstreams and 40+ cross commit teams apart from biz stakeholders)

He's more a hands on automation SDET who is interested in scripting or leading automation initiatives than actually being the anchor that we need from this role.

Must have skills
1. Ability to proactively plan and create test strategy to successfully execute functional testing across multiple application teams developing their code in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
2. Excellent communication and prior experience of managing and reporting testing status across multiple levels (i.e. Project team, Stakeholders, Leadership team)
3. Hands on experience in defining test data and test environment management strategies for large scale programs cutting across several different tech stacks (i.e.
4. Very good understanding of Asset and Wealth Management domain (i.e. Managed Products, Mutual Funds/ETF trading, Portfolio management)
5. Gook knowledge on JIRA (XRAY feature)
6. Hands on experience in creating macros to produce custom reports from multiple JIRA boards.
7. Good understanding of testing and troubleshooting for SPAs (Single Page Apps)
8. Knowledge of RESTful APIs (With ability to test/execute service validations using POSTMAN or similar tools)

Desirable Skills
1. Understanding of functional automation using tools like Cypress/Selenium/Playwright
2. Good understanding of identifying potential performance bottlenecks and helping in create a performance testing strategy.
3. Exposure to CI/CD and JENKINS integration

Salary: $13.73 - $65.00 per hour
