The Geospatial Team Leader supervises a team of 12 – 18 technical employees who produce remote-sensing derived products. Responsibilities include management of project resourcing and execution of production tasks. A team leader oversees staff hiring and evaluation as well as supporting employee professional development. Client-facing responsibilities include project planning, scope clarification and workflow development. In addition to team and project responsibilities, the team leader is part of office leadership and participates in initiatives covering process improvement, staffing and growth strategies.

- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

- 3+ years’ experience in a professional and technical environment
- Experience in geospatial field
- 1+ years’ experience leading teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a management, science, or engineering program
- Master’s degree or higher
- Client relations experience
- 4+ years’ experience in both a professional and technical environment
- 2+ years’ experience leading teams
- Experience recruiting, hiring and training management team members
- Experience in change management
