Location: 415 West Roy Parker Road, Ozark, AL 36360 As a Team Lead, you will promote and emulate a culture of safety and quality, coordinate daily production schedules, train operators in the use of our ERP system, and coordinate training.

What you'll be doing: • Assist with the supervision of daily work performance for employees including providing coordination, direction, and training in the work. • Address and coach through disciplinary issues. Escalate to Production Supervisor when needed. • Create schedules to meet hiring needs.

• Perform product inspections on a regular basis and audit daily activities against standard operating procedures (SOP). • Ensure overall safety; ensure employees follow proper safety procedures in the completion of daily tasks including operation of powered industrial equipment. • Train new employees in the general operations of the department; ensure employees complete job training and assist in on-going training and support. • Inspect, troubleshoot and supervise the repair of mechanical issues with equipment.
