Kaleidoscope Childcare Center is seeking Teachers & Assistant Teachers to care for Infants, Toddlers & Preschoolers.
Our mission at Kaleidoscope is to provide personalized childcare focused on nurturing the unique identities and personalities of all children while preparing them for success at school and beyond.
We are a NYS OCFS licensed daycare that provides care for children ages 8 weeks to 5 years old.
We're looking for people that are nurturing, engaging and have a love for teaching children through a creative curriculum. A strong work ethic is a must!
As a Teacher you will:
- Plan meaningful play and art experiences for children
- Engage children in activities and play that stimulates their development
- Provide responsive caregiving for children
- Supervise children while keeping them safe at all times
- Engage with parents to discuss their child(ren)
- Help to effectively manage the classroom
- Record each child's daily activities
- Create and maintaining an environment that is clean, organized, and safe for all children
- Promote “learning through play” philosophy and educational objectives
