Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

This role is an integral part of the Corporate Talent Management team within the Global Human Resources Function. In close collaboration with HR Leadership, Global and Geozone HR Business Partners, and other HR COEs, as an embedded Subject Matter Expert on talent management best practices. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about organizational talent priorities to drive optimal talent best practices across the enterprise. Responsible for a variety of HR duties as needed including, but not limited to performance management systems, employee communications, talent identification exercise, succession planning administration, training and ongoing data analytics reporting.

  • Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Company’s Security, Compliance & HSE policies, Management System, relevant laws, regulations, standards and industry practices and comply with the Company’s Rules to Live By
  • Place Quality, Health & Safety, Security and protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers or the communities in which we live and work at risk
  • Seek continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security & protection of the Environment, taking into account responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer and employee inputs, knowledge and technology and best business practices to exceed customer expectations
QUALITY
  • Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and taking an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford’s Management System
  • Maintain service quality as an immediate priority when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement
OPERATIONS
  • Undertake the role of Performance Management Champion, which may include conducting educational workshops, conducting calibration sessions, communications and consultations while ensuring compliance with the global approach and efficiency of the process
  • Recognized as a Talent focal point, which includes accountability for all steps of talent management from identification, succession planning and Development Plan consolidation
  • Business partner approach to identifying organizational talent and development needs within the Geozone associated with workforce analysis as opposed to the available talent pool
  • Ability to interpret and present data as key metrics to end users
  • Content creation and delivery of Talent initiatives that are presented across the enterprise
  • Recognized Subject Matter Expert from both a theoretical and technical standpoint with respect to Talent Management agenda initiatives
  • Ongoing reporting and analysis on talent management metrics and performance
COMMUNICATION
  • Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill set, with the ability to train, influence and answer questions to Human Resource Business Partners and end users
  • Ability to communicate within a global matrix organization and ensure stakeholders are appropriately communicated with
FINANCIAL
  • All employees have an accountability to the organization to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses
  • Costs incurred should be within the approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure
PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT
  • Employees have a responsibility for developing their own careers within the Company including completing all necessary functions, compliance & business standards training to enhance their knowledge, skills and experience
  • Employees should engage on a regular basis with their line manager to discuss their personal performance, objectives and opportunities to enhance their skills and experience to support their career potential

Qualifications:

Experience & Education


REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a specialist or generalist position
  • Specialized Microsoft Office training with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
