CAMFS is currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer and Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition Team to support future growth of the company. If you are looking for a new place to call home, we would love to talk to you.
As an essential contributor to our high-performing team, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer and Administrator is responsible for the following job tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Open & Manage requisitions + any important information through various ATS systems.
  • Assist in writing job descriptions and posting job openings on Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn and more.
  • Effectively source new talent leads by using Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Linked In, etc. and share leads with Recruiters.
  • Research and recommend strategies to attract qualified candidates for all company positions including hard-to-fill positions.
  • Work as subject matter expert in the company ATS system and provide guidance when needed.
  • Produce e-mail & text campaigns.
  • Review campaign applications while maintaining corresponding databases.
  • Create various data reports through Excel for tracking purposes.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations with information updates for the TV in Talent Acquisition Department.
  • Act as a day-to-day liaison with Cox Talent Acquisition Leadership, Requisition Delivery, Candidate Management, and Pipeline Management to ensure continuous alignment between logistics management and overall TA strategies and processes.
  • Drive operational improvements and team engagement through transparency, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with teammates to:
    • Seamlessly deliver exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences
    • Support functions as needed (e.g., posting open positions, extending offers, managing applicant tracking requirements, etc.)
    • Maintain accurate and timely documents pertinent to the recruiting process
  • Actively enhance skills and abilities within logistics management by developing an understanding of business unit talent strategies/culture and understanding TA strengths and challenges in assigned areas.
  • Utilize available tools and resources to enhance logistics management throughout the requisition lifecycle.
  • Network with internally and externally to stay abreast of trending and best practices
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum one (1) year as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Sourcer, or similar role.
  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo, Workday, Newton preferred) and resume databases.
  • HS diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced, high volume, or complex environment required.
  • Experience providing consultative guidance and recommendations to internal customers, colleague and stakeholders.
  • Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
  • Ability to provide exceptional, consistent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Responsiveness and sense of urgency
  • Solid computer skills, including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, professionally, efficiently and follow through on multiple work initiatives at one time
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and sensitivity.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
