Position Summary:
Greet guests as calls come in and answer any questions they have about our restaurant. Take orders via telephone and third party tablet. Ensuring all guests orders are packed correctly and ready for pick up.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests as they call and answer any questions.
- Answer questions about the menu and dining in.
- Taking guests orders via telephone with efficient communication.
- Enter all orders into POS system quickly and efficiently.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Knowledge of the menu.
- Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
- Providing great customer service.
- Effectively take, pack, and hand out guests orders without error.
- Answer customer's questions regarding billed items
Requirements
- Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
- Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
- Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
- Able to accurately operate a point-of-sale system.

- Flexibility and adaptability to a changing clientele and environment are a must.
- Responsible for conducting all responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
