Synergy Enterprises, Inc., a woman-owned government contractor is seeking Technical Assistance Liaison to work with its North Bethesda, MD headquarters. Job location remote with ability to use an office and/or meeting space when needed.


Job Description


Primary Responsibilities
:

  • Serves as a TA liaison
  • Identifies, facilitates, and delivers TA via one-on-one calls, peer-to-peer meetings, communities of practice (CoPs), and conference events.
  • Informs CoP development for the content/relevancy aspect
  • Assists and identifies topics for the TA on a whole group, small group, and individualized level
  • Assists in identifying subject matter experts
  • Participates in weekly client calls
  • Authors strategy briefs, discussion guides, and toolkits

Qualifications


Primary Qualifications:

  • Ed.D or Ph.D.; M.A. or M.Ed.
  • Content expertise in literacy
  • Expertise at the state and local education levels
  • Experience in providing TA to education leaders and grant administrators

Desired Qualifications:

  • Content expertise in multiple education subgroup populations (e.g. early childhood, English learners, special education, rural education, etc.)
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement efforts of project life cycles
  • Experience working with regional education labs (RELs) or comprehensive centers

Other job requirements:

The position requires that individuals be available to work as necessary throughout the standard workweek and often on weekends as well.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision; ability to recognize, register, and respond; color recognition; depth perception. Employee may use office equipment such as telephone, computer, computer software, calculator, printer, copier, and facsimile.
  • Work environment: Employees are not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
