Link Solutions is seeking a Senior-Level Systems Administrator Team Lead at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds located in Aberdeen MD.

The Systems Administrator Team Lead will support the US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) CIO/G6 and be responsible for the information technology infrastructure, and equipment that is key to enabling CECOM personnel, civilians, and contractors worldwide to execute their command’s mission. You will be an important role in helping protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Data Center Operations.
• Lead Infrastructure projects, and perform project management tasks.
• Maintain server environment stability through review of monitoring tools and application of patches after testing.
• Provide website and database support.
• Implement, support and maintain backups to servers, applications, and databases.
• Monitor network and server room operations.
• Provide information assurance support.
• Provide application support.
• Conduct application support testing and release management.

• US Citizen
• Active Secret DoD Security Clearance (will sponsor the right candidate).
• 4 or more years of related experience as a Team Lead or in a related field.
• Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or 2016 certification within 6 months of hire date.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

• BA/BS degree or experience relevant to a team lead role.
• Working knowledge of virtualized environments, and Cloud systems.
• Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
