Summary:
The System Director-Pharmacy Services provides overall system direction and guidance to the operational activities within the service line with the objective of maximizing quality, growth, and profitability. Responsible for overall system pharmacy leadership and performance of the service line. Responsible for ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and fiscal responsibility of pharmacy areas throughout HSHS.
Qualifications:
Education
Doctorate in Pharmacy is required. Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
Experience
7 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a multi-hospital system is required.
5 years of Pharmacy experience required. 1 year of experience in EPIC preferred.
1 year of experience in 340b preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Licensed as Pharmacist, or eligible for licensure as Pharmacist, in state of practice is required.
Board Certification is preferred.
