Position Details:
- 2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 2:00 am Monday - Friday
- Pay Range: Up to 28.52 per hour (based on experience)
What are the Main Job Responsibilities?
- Set-up and run jobs (repeat/production jobs) within quality and efficiency expectations on all Swiss Screw Machines.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance and upkeep of equipment and instruments used.
- Read, understand, and explain blueprints and GD&T
- Interpret data from the CMM and manual measurements and make adjustments to machining processes to achieve dimensional and visual compliance.
- Possesses good math skills, ability to read calipers, micrometers, and associated measuring equipment.
What are the Minimum Qualifications?
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must have some basic math and reading skills
- Must be able to visually inspect parts
- Must be able to lift 30lbs and stand and bend over for long periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
What are the Preferred Qualifications?
- 5+ years of experience in a similar function
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, strong attention to details, and ability to multi-task and trouble shoot
