This role is for one of our many clients.
Responsibilities:
- Defining the direction of growth of the engineering/ technical function and team.
- Defining the vision and roadmap for the engineering team and developing their architecture
- Collaborating with executives on the implementation of key projects and initiatives
- Determine goals, KPI’s, and standards that ensure an impressive performance by the engineering team.
- Deliver strategic guidance on the system’s scalability, reliability, security, and their technical infrastructure
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science related field
- 15+ years’ experience and at least 8+ years in leadership role
- Experience in scaling startups and scaling up a team .
- Strong background in Software oriented positions ideally previously hands-on to provide technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills to foster a relationship among colleagues at all levels and motivate their teams
- Strategic leader who can manage expectations for the future while maintaining and executing current trends
Base Salary: $200,000 - 300,000
