Description of Duties/Qualifications: Team Members are required to inventory equipment per department. Equipment is distributed to employees before and after each shift.

1) Must have successfully completed the probationary/trial period.

3) Must have no other disciplinary write-ups within the past 90 days.

6) Must be able to learn and perform all jobs in the Supply Room department.
