Establish site safety expectations and maintain job site safety
Create look-ahead schedules and monitor the overall project schedule
Coordinate with project management
Review job costs and manage labor quantities
Oversee quality control
Manage subcontractors
Train craft workers WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
8+ years’ heavy construction experience with 3+ years in superintendent role for similar work
Knowledgeable in water, wastewater, and pipeline construction
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to identify and resolve any problems that may arise
