Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for coordinating events and activities for medical students. This position is full-time, onsite, and not remote. Resume and cover letter required to apply. This position pays $23.32/hr.

Job Description:
** Required Qualifications **

Bachelor's degree

** Preferred Qualifications **

Experience working in a student services office.
Two years of project or event coordination experience.
Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Access, MS Word, and advanced email programs

Ability to comply with instructions, procedures, standards, and policies
Experience giving presentations.

Ability to work accurately and independently.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse population.
Experience working with confidential information.
Will be required to pass USMLE certifying exam for proctors.
Ability to work a flexible schedule in order to meet student needs.

**Job Description**

Coordinate Grand Affair reservations for students.

Coordinate Senior Banquet.
Proctor United States Medical Licensing Examination (USLME) for Step 1, 2 and 3 exams.
Serve as liaison with Student Health staff and student issues. Coordinate meetings.
Responsible for department and student snack supply shopping.
Proof MSPE letters.
Lead coordination of MS1 and MS2 Orientations.
Coordinate all graduation activities in conjunction with KC which includes ordering graduation regalia, reserve a plane, and scheduling senior photographs.
Coordinate all aspects of Introphase.
Coordinate Student Wellness Programs.
Coordinate the Issues in Medicine Course for third year students. Schedule meeting with planning committee. Prepare and distribute the schedules to students and clerkships and contact the speakers. Prepare, distribute, and summarize an evaluation of each session.
Coordinate registration for NRMP and ERAS and coordinate all activities for Match Day.
Coordinate details of M2 November Professional Development Seminar.

Coordinate Careers in Medicine programing, including scheduling and presenting.

Coordinate Phase II coaching program, including scheduling and communication with coaches, students, and clerkships.

Schedule Question Groups for Phase I in coordination with Kansas City.

Coordinate Dean's Holiday Dinner.

Coordinate Student Recognition Ceremony in conjunction with Kansas City.
