Responsibilities include:
- Project a positive representation of Miller's Ace Hardware.
- Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
- Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
- Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously, and effectively.
- Continually build product knowledge base and assist customers with store layout and product location.
- Assist in pricing, stocking, marking, and organizing of store product.
- Stihl sales experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in the sales and operation of consumer power equipment.
- Assembly, demonstration and explanation of features and benefits of products and equipment stocked for sale.
- Aid with the daily maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and service areas.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- A commitment to service, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
