Serenity Hospice Care is seeking a qualified Candidate for a Full Time Staffing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Sources qualified candidates for all open positions
• Review all submitted resumes
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future open Positions
• Place initial phone call to qualify candidate.
• Schedule Phone, Zoom and In Person Interviews
• Maintain Indeed Job Bored
• Use Social Media platforms to advertise Open Serenity Positions
• Create ID Badges for all New Hires
• Set Up all new Hire Phones and tablets
• Maintain Devise Log in order to track Serenity Issued Equipment
• Request New Equipment when needed
• Answer all Equipment related questions from employees
• Communicate with appropriate staff regarding interview schedules

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year In house staffing experience
• Hospice Experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be extremely proficient in Word & Excel
• Must be computer literate
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to follow up
• Must be able to clearly communicate position requirements and qualifications

Full Time In our Bordentown Office. Monday through Friday 8:30a to 4:30p
