Columbine Commons Health & Rehab is located in Windsor, Colorado and offers furnished private rooms designed to provide comfort for individuals requiring short-term rehabilitation following hospitalization or for long-term care, or end of life care/hospice care.

Compensation
- Wages starting at $75,000k-$90,000k/yr

Work Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday - Friday with rotating on call weekends
- 8:30am - 5:00pm
Staff Development Coordinator/Nurse Manager
- Responsible for meeting the educational requirements for the nursing department, as well as tracking and ensuring required education is completed for all facility staff to meet Federal and State regulations
- Works closely with the Director of Nursing assisting in managing the nursing department and working on additional projects as needed
Requirements
- BSN and acute care experience preferred
- Must have a minimum of three years of experience as a licensed nurse in a hospital, long-term care facility or other related health care facility
- Prefer one year of experience in nursing leadership or education
- Must have knowledge of nursing service administration, medical surgical nursing, geriatrics, and regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
- Must also have a good understanding of adult learning principles and effective teaching methods
