Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Job Summary:
The Area Manager is the person in charge of managing Delek’s key relationships with its branded wholesale business. They are in charge of building long-term relationships with assigned customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. Area managers may be in charge of finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales, logistics, and marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
  • Makes sure customers receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Communicates customer needs and demands to Delek management
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing customers
  • As part of the sales team, collaborate with management team to reach prospective customers
  • Service multiple clients concurrently
  • Analysis of client transactions for operational excellence
  • Sustaining resource to customers growth and profitability


Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:

  • Clear understanding of business-to-business sales relationships
  • Superior critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed presentation skills
  • Familiarity with standard Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to travel (up to 65%)
  • Open to relocation


Preferred Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:

BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
