The Salesforce Services Division of Strata Information Group (akaCRM) is a team of expert Salesforce Professionals committed to supporting the technology needs within higher education. The Salesforce Services team provides strategy, implementation, and managed services for higher education, healthcare, nonprofits, and other Salesforce users.

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, your focus will be on leading Salesforce CRM implementation projects. You will lead the discovery, design, and declarative Salesforce configuration as well as training for your assigned engagements. Successful consultants will have experience working with Higher Education institutions as well as hands-on experience in Salesforce Education and/or Experience Cloud(s).

Tasks at hand:

  • Implement and customize Salesforce solutions for clients on various clouds, including Education, Sales, Service, Experience
  • Coordinate with multiple team specialists for integration, development, data services, and 3rd party tools
  • Implement Salesforce projects through declarative configuration within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget
  • Identify necessary scope changes and produce change orders when necessary
  • Refer optional or additional client needs to the business development team
  • Conduct configuration review and solution testing with clients
  • Train clients for delivered Salesforce solutions
  • Manage client expectations including timetable and budget estimates and drive to a 4.8+ out of 5.0 customer satisfaction rating

Successful candidates will have:

  • Advanced understanding and practice with Salesforce applications
  • Experience as a consultant, preferably in a professional services
  • Experience with Salesforce implementations and support
  • 2+ years leading technical/Saas project implementations
  • Experience working in higher education is a must
  • Salesforce System Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Consultant Certification in Education or Experience Cloud
  • Ability to travel occasionally to client sites
  • Must live and be able to work in the USA, we are NOT able to sponsor visas

  • Manage Expectations - You will delight clients by establishing realistic deliverables, budgets, and timelines
  • Salesforce Administration - You will demonstrate your Salesforce knowledge with creative solutions for your client's pain points and business goals
  • Problem-Solving - Your clients will throw you curve balls, change directions, and introduce new priorities; you can take those challenges and turn them into WOW solutions!
  • Project Management - Sprints, Milestones, and User Stories are part of each project that you will develop and deliver on

Pay and Benefits:

  • The salary range is $90,000 -$120,000
