Sr. Project Manager Job at NTT Data Services
Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
- Perform Project Management.
- Multi-Tasking – Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Create Statement of Work, Project Charter for new projects/extensions
- Create Weekly/Monthly Status reports, SLA reports and share it with Customer
- Manage customer and team communication and project deadlines
- Perform Estimation, Create Project Schedule, Task assignments, delegation
- Track team’s progress closely through dashboard
- Ensures the service level agreements are sustained
- Perform quality assurance and escalate issues timely with Sr. Management.
- Conduct weekly team meetings with Clients and Business users
- Resolve any issues/concerns within the team in a timely manner
- Provides thought leadership, guidance to team members
- Cultivates, develops, and manages strong, lasting client relationships
- Maintenance of project documents in document repository
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required for this job with minimum years of experience on each)
- 8-10 years of Project Management experience
- PMP Certification
- Expertise in Agile development methodology
- Process Oriented
- 5+ years of experience working in relational databases such as Teradata / SQL Server / Oracle
- Good understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing concepts and terminologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Nice to Have
- Reporting Tools – Cognos / Tableau
- Knowledge on ETL Tools – Ex: Informatica
- Scrum Master Certification
- JIRA, Confluence
