Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:
The Sr. Building Ops Manager is responsible for the Building Ops function and has overall responsibility for ensuring that the Support Center building is safe and well-maintained, including parking lot security, janitorial services, and all emergency situations. This position works with General Contractors, Architects and Designers on large Support Center projects. The Building Ops Manager leads a team of supervisory, professional and skilled and semi-skilled maintenance associates, coaching and developing them to elevate their performance.Essential Functions:

Descriptions
- Overall responsible for the Building Ops function and for ensuring that the Support Center building is safe and well-maintained, including parking lot security and installation of security systems as well as janitorial services. Works with General Contractors, Architects, and Designers on large Support Center projects.
- Contributes to strategic planning for the Operations Services department and conducts budget development and oversight.
- Represents the company to governmental bodies and regulatory agencies related to building standards. Works with public officials to ensure compliance with laws and guidelines applicable to facility maintenance.
- Responsible for managing all emergency situations in the Support Center and overseeing evacuations. Works with law enforcement, including government security agencies and fire officials, to address safety issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree and CRFP certification required
- Minimum five to seven years of facilities management experience, with increasing management experience
- Successful completion of annual store training
